Accommodations:

All Canadian Transplant Games competitors and participants will be staying in one of the beautiful residence buildings on the Carleton University campus. You’ll love the comfort and convenience of staying on campus.

The Carleton campus is a 10 minute drive to downtown Ottawa. It is just steps away to the Rideau Canal pathway system, parks as well as urban hiking trails to explore. The campus itself also boasts lots of green spaces to enjoy, including three gardens you can visit. There’s also an art gallery on campus you can check out.

Your accommodations include:

  • Traditional room or suite (to be determined by Games organizers)

  • Free wifi

  • Air conditioning

  • Shared lounges on each floor

  • Single and double rooms are available*, with some shared space between rooms, ie. Kitchen lounge area and storage.

  • Smoking and pets (and smoking pets) are not permitted within the residence buildings.

Check in at 3PM / Check out at 11AM

Food:

Your registration fees include most meals for the duration of the Games. You’ll enjoy fresh, healthy meals made with quality ingredients. Most dietary restrictions can be accomodated (be sure to indicate any during the registration process!).

  • Dinner: Family Food Truck Picnic (various food trucks)

The Carleton Campus has other food purchase options available including coffee shops, fast food and a convenience store (at your own cost). There are other restaurants and store just off-campus as well, should you have a craving for something specific!
